BYEN,UNG-PIL born in 1970 in Jangheung, South Korea, majored in Fine Art at Dongguk Univ. Seoul. After his B.A., He did his M.A. in Fine Art at Kunstakademie Muenster. Germany, and awarded as Master Student from professor Guillaume Bijl in 2005. After his coming back to Seoul, Byeon participated as a member of artist residency held by Seoul Civic Art Museum, and now he keeps his artist career at Ganghwa island near Seoul since 2010. He participated in 16 solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions in Germany and Korea both. His artwork series consist of “Self-portrait” series where he deformed his own self portraits and depicted it in abnormal form and “Someone” series where he depicted a random person by using lines and colors. His artworks are collected by art bank at Korean National Museum of Contemporary Arts, Seoul Civic Art Museum, OCI Art Museum, and Supreme court of NRW, Germany.
변웅필은 1970년 한국 장흥에서 태어나 서울 동국대학교에서 서양화를 전공(학사)했다. 졸업후 독일 뮌스터 쿤스트아카데미(Kunstakademie Muenster. Germany)에서 순수미술로 석사 학위를 받고 professor Guillaume Bijl로부터 Master student를 수여받았다(2005). 2006년 한국으로 돌아와 서울 시립미술관에서 주관하는 레지던시에 참여했고 10년 전부터 서울 근교의 작은 섬 강화도에서 전업작가로 활동중이다. 독일과 한국에서 총 16회의 개인전과 다수의 그룹전, 아트페어에 참여했다. 그의 작업은 크게 자신의 얼굴을 일그러트려 불특정한 모습으로 표현한 자화상(Selfpotrait) 시리즈와 불특정한 인물을 선과 색면으로 표현한 한 사람(Someone) 시리즈로 대표된다. 그의 작품은 국립현대미술관 미술은행과 서울시립미술관, OCI미술관, Supreme court of NRW, Germany 등에 소장됐다.

SPACE 1326
Jeong Daun studied Western painting both in undergraduate and graduate programs at Dongduk Women's University. Although she majored in painting, she uses fabric as a material of artistic expression instead of stereotypical materials of painting to expand the concept into space beyond the stereotype of painting. Pieces of slit fabric stand for Jeong's brushstrokes. Space in her work is filled with fabrics that move beyond the edge of a canvas or are set directly in space. The audience is able to experience a material property's harmony with three-dimensional space molded by the fabric's two-dimensional surface encountering another plane. Jeong has participated in various exhibitions, art fair collaborations with the fashion brand in Korea, Asia and Europe. Her representative artwork is an installation making use of one of the six poles which is 10.8 meters hight supports the museum's roof of the Museum SAN building designed by Ando Tadao. She is preparing permanent installations in Quanzhou, China and solo and group exhibitions in Europe in 2021. Her artworks are collected by Hana Financial Group, 63 Art Museum, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, Hyundai Industrial Development, etc.
정다운은 (b.1987)은 동덕여자대학교 및 동대학원에서 서양화과를 졸업하였다. 그는 회화를 전공하였지만 전형적인 회화의 재료 대신 패브릭(Fabric)을 예술표현의 소재로 이용해 정형화된 회화를 뛰어넘어 공간으로 그 개념을 확장하고자 한다. 캔버스를 가로지르는 길게 자른 천은 정다운의 ‘붓질’이다. 캔버스의 가장자리를 넘어서고, 때로는 공간에 직접적으로 설치되기도 하는 패브릭은 자유자재로 공간을 채운다. 패브릭이 가지고 있는 2차원의 면과 면이 만나 형성되는 3차원의 공간에서 관람자는 물성과 공간의 조화를 체험할 수 있다. 한국, 아시아, 유럽에서 다양한 전시, 페어, 브랜드 콜라보에 참여하며, 안도타다오가 설계한 한국, 뮤지엄 산의 높이 11M 노출콘트리트 기둥을 이용한 설치작업이 대표적이다. 2021년 중국, 취안저우에서의 영구설치작업, 유럽에서 개인전 및 그룹전을 준비중이다. 그의 작품은 하나금융그룹, 63아트미술관, 한국수력원자력, 현대산업개발, 국내 외 다수의 컬렉터에게 소장됐다.
