BYEN,UNG-PIL born in 1970 in Jangheung, South Korea, majored in Fine Art at Dongguk Univ. Seoul. After his B.A., He did his M.A. in Fine Art at Kunstakademie Muenster. Germany, and awarded as Master Student from professor Guillaume Bijl in 2005. After his coming back to Seoul, Byeon participated as a member of artist residency held by Seoul Civic Art Museum, and now he keeps his artist career at Ganghwa island near Seoul since 2010. He participated in 16 solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions in Germany and Korea both. His artwork series consist of “Self-portrait” series where he deformed his own self portraits and depicted it in abnormal form and “Someone” series where he depicted a random person by using lines and colors. His artworks are collected by art bank at Korean National Museum of Contemporary Arts, Seoul Civic Art Museum, OCI Art Museum, and Supreme court of NRW, Germany.
변웅필은 1970년 한국 장흥에서 태어나 서울 동국대학교에서 서양화를 전공(학사)했다. 졸업후 독일 뮌스터 쿤스트아카데미(Kunstakademie Muenster. Germany)에서 순수미술로 석사 학위를 받고 professor Guillaume Bijl로부터 Master student를 수여받았다(2005). 2006년 한국으로 돌아와 서울 시립미술관에서 주관하는 레지던시에 참여했고 10년 전부터 서울 근교의 작은 섬 강화도에서 전업작가로 활동중이다. 독일과 한국에서 총 16회의 개인전과 다수의 그룹전, 아트페어에 참여했다. 그의 작업은 크게 자신의 얼굴을 일그러트려 불특정한 모습으로 표현한 자화상(Selfpotrait) 시리즈와 불특정한 인물을 선과 색면으로 표현한 한 사람(Someone) 시리즈로 대표된다. 그의 작품은 국립현대미술관 미술은행과 서울시립미술관, OCI미술관, Supreme court of NRW, Germany 등에 소장됐다.

Jong-seok Yoon (1970-) received BFA in Art Education and MFA in Fine Art from Hannam University. He has had 15 solo exhibitions in Seoul, Daejeon, Japan, Italy, China, Singapore, etc. Yoon had been selected as one of the Best Top10 artists in Galleries Art Fair 2006, chosen to be supported by Lotte Galleries Promising Artist Program, won Young Artist’s Award from Korean Youth Biennale, Excellence and Special Award from Korea’s National Art Competition, Daejeon Metropolitan City’s Inviting Artist Award, etc. Also, he had been invited to participate in residency programs for Beijing ArtSide Studio in China, Jangheung Gana Studio in Korea, Cité Internationale des Arts in France, Artist Village of Taipei in Taiwan, etc. His works are collected by Kolon, Hana Bank, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Royal Palace of Dubai, Vent Korea, Paradise Group, Arts Center Kuh, Gana Art Center, Daejeon Museum of Art, Seoul Museum of Art, Bobath Memorial Hospital, Golfzone Cultural Foundation, Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art, Standard Chartered Bank, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Art Bank of Korea, Suwon Museum of Art, Lotte Museum, etc. Yoon currently works as a full- time artist with his wife Park Sungsoo (also an artist) in their private studio named Gwasoowon (meaning “orchard”) in Namyangju, Ko
윤종석(1970~)은 한남대학교 미술교육과와 같은 대학의 일반대학원 미술학과를 졸업했다. 서울 과 대전, 일본ㆍ이탈리아ㆍ중국ㆍ싱가포르 등에서 15회의 개인전을 가졌다. 그동안 2006 화랑미 술제 Best Top 10 작가 선정, 롯데화랑 유망작가 지원 프로그램 선정, 대한민국청년비엔날레 청년 미술상, 대한민국미술대전 우수상 및 특선, 대전광역시 초대작가상 등을 수상했다. 또한 중국 베 이징 아트사이드스튜디오, 장흥가나스튜디오, 프랑스 파리씨떼 예술공동체, 대만 타이페이 아티스 트빌리지 등의 레시던시 프로그램에 초대되어 참여했다. 그의 작품은 코오롱, 하나은행, 외교통상 부, 두바이왕실, 벤타코리아, ㈜파라다이스, 아트센터 쿠, 가나아트센타, 대전시립미술관, 서울시립 미술관, 보바스 기념병원. 골프존 문화재단, 제주현대미술관, 스텐다드 차타드 은행, 국립현대미술 관 미술은행, 수원시립미술관, 롯데미술관 등에 소장되어 있다. 현재 남양주 개인작업실 ‘과수원스 튜디오’에서 전업작가로 활동 중이다.
